Heading to Disneyland with the tots? While you double check the diaper bag for sippy cups and wipes, here’s a few suggestions on how to plan your day:
Pack right: Your trip to begins before you even leave. The price is worth it, since Ariel, Jasmine, Belle and others make a visit to every table. You may want to make a reservation to eat there, since it is a popular spot to eat. If Ariel’s Grotto is busy, try eating at Pinocchio’s Village Haus, which serves kid-friendly meals at an inexpensive price. Pinocchio’s restaurant is out of the main flow of traffic, and is often a quieter place to eat.
Think right: Prepare nerves of steel and a positive attitude. This may be the most important thing you can do to have a good day. If you’re mentally prepared for meltdowns, whiney kids, and chaos, then these things won’t ruin your day. Be prepared to take everything with a smile, and your kids will mimic your attitude. You’re at Disneyland to have fun! So smile, enjoy yourself, and watch your children’s eyes light up the magic of it all.
